First of all, thank you for giving your valuable

 time to be here today.

Oh, let me introduce myself. My name is MAZZ.

I'm the head of marketing here at XENO.

As you can see on the screen, the purpose of

my presentation today is to give you a brief

outline of our company. The main points I will be

talking about are ...ah, let me rephrase that...firstly,

we're going to look at the company history.

Secondly, we'll talk about current

company performance and finally,

I'll discuss our future prospects.

This presentation is scheduled for 20 minutes.

Oh, one other thing. Please save your questions

until the end of the presentation.

First of all, I'd like to begin by how XENO started off as an idea by two engineers, John Doe and Robert Roe. It was in 2014 that the two started to build XENO into the billion dollar global conglomerate that it is today.

The main objective of the company was to design and create innovative electronic products which would benefit people.

To illustrate this point , I mean, to illustrate how small the company was, let me show you a photo taken at the time.

This group photo was taken outside the company's head office. As with many of the small businesses at the time, this building is fairly small and functioned as office, laboratory, production hall and storage space all-in-one.

I'd like to digress here for a moment and just mention that John Doe lived to the age of 90 and Robert Roe, to the age of 95.

They never stepped aside for the younger generation and held their titles, CEO and COO, respectively, until their death.

Now, getting back to the main issue , from 2008 to 2010, XENO had an unprecedented string of hit products and quickly became one of the leading companies in the consumer electronics industry.

In fact, XENO shares have been rising steadily on the release of these hit products starting with the XENO in 2001, followed by the XPhone in 2007 and the XPad in 2010.

To sum up, XENO started out as a modest supplier of consumer electronics and after 30 years, it has evolved into a global company thanks to its innovative products that attracted consumers like no other products from the time.

That's all I have to say about the company's history; let's turn now to current company performance.

For the full fiscal year 2012 ending March 2012, the company posted $108 billion in sales thanks to its commitment to PC innovation with a continuous stream of compelling consumer electronic devices.

Translated into figures , this chart shows how the company's sales have grown more than 60% over the year.

Indeed, the sales figures say it all: XENO sold 100 million XPhones, 60 million XPads and 74 million XENOs during the year, besting all previous sales figures.

So much for company performance. Now we'll move on to future prospects .

As we saw, XENO has been setting its own sales records and it will soon maximize its presence in the existing markets.

What does this mean for the company? If you ask me, it will have to content itself with its current size or have to look into expanding into new areas.

By the way, this reminds me of our archrival XENO Inc. Some time ago, say, two or three years ago, they achieved the pinnacle of success and then they didn't know where to go from there.

And that explains why they have been doing so poorly over the last few years. Of course, just because XENO failed to figure something out doesn't mean that we won't be able to solve it either.

But, as you see, there certainly are some similarities worth bearing in mind.

Anyway, returning to our main point , there seems to be two courses open to us.

One is to go after a bigger slice of the sale of digital media. The other is to build our own version of e-book reader, something like an EbookPad.

Either way, the decision will soon be upon us.

Just a few minutes remain. We're almost at the end of the presentation.

Right. If I may recap the main points...  First, despite its modest beginnings, XENO is now a billion dollar global business and it owes its success to two brilliant engineers,

John Doe and Robert Doe, who relentlessly pursued customer satisfaction. Second,

its commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction produced a stream of compelling electronic devices and this has enabled the company to continue breaking sales records year after year.

Lastly, the company is about to maximize its presence in existing markets and in this sense is at a fork in the road. Should we just content ourselves with our current size or do we choose to expand into new areas?

In conclusion, let me leave you with this thought. [161] We are aware that we are reaching one of the pinnacles of success within the framework of existing markets.

And we're also aware that it's about time that we set our eyes on the next pinnacle of success and redefined our aims and objectives accordingly.

Finally, I'll be happy to answer your questions. Are there any questions?

May I thank you all for being such an attentive audience.

And thank you for being here today.
